Our lineup rotates every 3-4 months with the harvest, keeping things fresh while staying consistent where it counts. You’ll typically find 2–5 single-origin coffees alongside our core blends—Faster Than Light, Elevenses (decaf), and a seasonal rotation of Three Day (summer) or Thermal Security (winter)—so there’s always something new to offer without overcomplicating your shelf or menu.
